i thought that meeting with hadji and zacyl last year would be the usual meeting, talk to the client-negotiate-close the deal or not. but on our initial meeting i learned that both of them are from los banos, laguna and both studied at UPLB and they will have their wedding there, i got excited (maybe more than they are excited at the time of our meeting) because aside from my desire to shoot a wedding at UPLB, i would be able to see my dear old alma mater, asked when was the last time i visited LB, i couldnt even remember...maybe way back in 96? the mere mention of UPLB brings a lot of nice memories and giddy feelings, my stay there was one of the highlights of my life, to tell you why would be another story or blog entry.
for now, let me stick to hadji and zacyl's wedding. the wedding was so lovely, their families and friends are so warm and a happy bunch of people. our crew really enjoyed documenting the wedding and talked about the experience on the way back to manila, though a bit disappointed with the rain (which prevented us from taking more pics of the couple) we were nevertheless happy with the shots we got. when the couple is so in love and so happy, that feeling seems to affect us too! in a very very good way! wedding ceremony was held at st. therese chapel and reception at bulwagang sarimanok, national arts center. here are some shots, enjoy....
