We got back our phone service last June 22, 2007, finally!!!
PLDT's customer service sent an e-mail regarding the rebate, stating that they will give us a rebate for non-service from June 12 to 21 (amounting to Php200+). Though the amount of money will never be able to compensate the inconvenience they've caused, I am glad that they did not made a fuss about it. However, the e-mail did not mention anything about how they will improve their service to us, which I think is very important. No word on what caused the problem and how will they make sure that it won't happen again. Oh well, I guess I'll just wait and see how would it go for one whole month. After that, we will probably just use our Bayantel number.
